Hope everyone had a happy holiday.

Just a few reminders:

Rent is due on 1st and late after the 5th of every month. We also offer a way of paying rent online:

Visit www.rentpayment.com to set up your online payment account.

Maintenance requests need to placed in the office or by calling 803-865-9065. If you have a maintenance emergency afterhours please call the office, listen for the prompts and leave a detailed message.

Office hours:

9-6 Monday-Friday

10-5 Saturday

1-5 Sunday

Any changes will be posted in advance if the hours change (ex. holidays)

Media Room Rental:

Anyone interested in having a social event, must contact the office. The fee is $65.00.
